MINUTES OF DIALOGUE HELD BETWEEN HORSEDALE DEVELOPMENT BERHAD AND GLENMARIE COURT HOMOWNERS’ ASSOCIATION ON THE 25TH FEBRUARY 2005 AT 3.00PM

The following minutes were recorded:-

 

1.                  HS announced that effective from 25th February 2005, ST has taken over the position of Property Manager from AI who has resigned.

 

2.                  HS briefed on the latest building layout plan for the Property Manager’s office which is an extension to the existing guardhouse. HS commented that the new layout plan can accommodate up to 2 persons and the plan will be presented to the GCHA Exco for approval on the 25th February 2005. Mr Yit commented that HDB may consider funding the Property Manager’s office.

 

3.                  Mr Yit informed that there will be a new traffic arrangement with a roundabout outside the guardhouse to accommodate their new adjacent development. He will forward the plans to GCHA for comments prior to implementation.

 

4.                  HS informed HDB that GCHA wish to take over accounts and billings from HDB effective 16th April 2005. HDB will issue their last billing to the residents for the period April 2005 to September 2005. GCHA requested HDB not to bill for administrative services after April 2005.

 

5.                  Both Nikki and GL of GCHA will liaise with Ms Leona of HDB for the taking over of accounts from April 2005 onwards.

 

6.                  Mr Yit agreed to reimburse GCHA for outstanding payments made for maintenance of Glenmarie Court.

 

7.                  HS reported that fogging for Glenmarie Court was carried out for 151 houses at RM30 per house amounting to RM4,530. HDB agreed to reimburse GCHA for the expenses.
