GCHA WEEKLY SECURITY OPERATION MEETING 01/2005 on 10^th January 2005

1.0 Weekly Meeting The weekly meeting will be held punctually at 11.00 every Monday unless otherwise arranged. Attendance to be expected.	All
2.0 Penalty System. The penalty system, aiming at improving the service level by G4 is now in operation. The meeting shall review incidents recorded over the past week and decide if any are penalisable. In particular, it was agreed that a slippage of an agreed deadline is considered as a minor complaint and, in the event that such slippage leads to financial or property loses, such complaint will be considered as a major one. 3.0 Security Camera The recorder for the cameras is to be properly secured before the next meeting. Also to be made before the same date is a sample VCD containing selected sessions recorded by the cameras. The installation of the 4^th camera is to be suspended, pending on suitable funding arrangement.	G4
4.0 Perimeter Fencing The installation is to commence this week. This meeting is to be briefed on the progress of the installation project. A short progress report to be provided for the meeting	G4
5.0 Operating Procedures G4 to ensure that all security guards are fully conversant with the operating procedures.	G4
6.0 Visit to Glenmarie Court By G4 Senior Managers The practice is to be continued. Duty roster for such visits are to be provided on a weekly basis.	G4
7.0 Protocols The property manager of Glenmarie Court is the contact person for all matters. The Chairman of the Security & Safety Committee can only be contacted in the events of emergency or in the situation where the property manager is not contactable.	G4
