GCHA WEEKLY SECURITY OPERATION MEETING 02/2005 on 17^th January 2005

1.0 Weekly Highlights The installation of Electricity supply by Tenaga Nasional Berhad for Dato Cam Soh’s bungalow took place under the supervision of the Property Manager	Info
2.0 Security Camera A VCD containing images recorded by the security cameras over a period of some 30 minutes was provided by G4. The VCD was viewed and found to operate on a fast-forward mode. A replacement disk is to be provided. The recorder at the guard house has been secured.	G4
3.0 Perimeter Fencing The meeting was briefed on the status of the installation project for the perimeter detectors system. The installation has commenced on Friday 14^th January 2005. Phase 1 of the project, scheduled to complete by the Chinese New Year, would provide an operational detector system for the bungalows area next to Golf Course. Weekly progress report will be provided.	G4
4.0 Operation Procedures. The weekly visit roster by Senior Managers of G4 will be provided to GCHA one week in advance. The visits would preferably take place from 7.30am to 9.00am and from 5.30pm to 7.30pm on a week day.	G4
5.0 Operating Statistics G4 to provide GCHA a weekly summary of the number of: - workers - visitors - U-turns - Workers leaving after 19.00 - Residents not carrying or using access cards G4 also to provide GCHA retrospectively with written reports on: - IC given back to a wrong person - Two cars not issued with passes on entry. 6.0 Security lnspection. A security & safety inspection will be conducted on Monday 24^th January 2005 @ 9.30am.	All
