MINUTES OF DIALOGUE BETWEEN GLENMARIE COURT HOMEOWNERS’ ASSOCIATION ( GCHA ) AND GROUP 4 FALCK ON SECURITY SYSTEM HELD ON 18th AUGUST 2004 @ 4.00pm AT GGCC – BOARD ROOM.

The following matters were discussed:-
1.0 SECURITY GUARDS.
GCHA Exco Members has forwarded a Letter of Complaint regarding the present operation at Glenmarie Court. It was brought to the attention of Mr.Micheal Lim
of Group 4 that procedures has not been enforced and followed by the security guards.Group 4 promised to implement the procedures immediately and Mr. Micheal Lim will personally inspect the security system at Glenmarie Court on Monday 23th August 2004 at 7.30am.
Due to the delay in the installation of the perimeter fencing, GCHA requested Group 4 to station 1 ( one ) more dog and dog handler until the equipments are n installed in Glenmarie Court. This matter was discussed at lenghtly and Group 4 agreed to station another guard at night but will look into providing another dog for patrol.
2.0 INSTALLATION OF PERIMETER BEAMS.
Group 4 briefed all present on the installation of the perimeter beams in Glenmarie Court. There are 58 pairs which consists of 29 pairs of twin beams and 29 pairs of single beam which Group 4 will install. Group 4 informed that they have mis-calculated the numbers of photo beams in their tender and the present numbers of equipment is twice the number, but they could absorb the price impact as the single beam are from an old stock.
Typical sections of the perimeter fencing were drawn on the board and Group 4 mentioned that:-
1. For the perimeter fencing facing the golf course, the detector will be
installed 2.5 feet from the outer face of the brickwall / fence.
2. For the perimeter fencing facing the main road along Jalan Subang, the detector will be installed inside Glenmarie Court along the pavement.
3. Other areas of installation will be inspected and determined by Mr.David
Ting and Azlan of GCHA together with Mr.Goh of Group 4 on Friday .
Group 4 agree to re-consider their proposal for the installation of the perimeter photo beams and will revert back soonest.
There are no other matters discussed, the meeting adjoured with a note of thanks to all present.
