The following notes were recorded:-
1.0 POWER ROAD SWEEPER.
1.1 AF said that the Power Road Sweeper demonstration will take place in mid-October
2004. AF will checked with the Sales Office in
1.2 GCHA Committee for Landscape & General Maintenance will review the demonstration
of Power Road Sweeper in
Freshland’s proposal.
1.3 The performance and maintenance of the Power Road Sweeper is undertaken by Agro-
Freshland.
1.4 GCHA confirmed that the contract sum of the Landscape and General Maintenance are as follows:-

2.0 LANDSCAPE AND GENERAL MAINTENANCE
2.1 GCHA highlighted that, the Pasonia Alba transfer from the perimeter fencing to the
Horseshoe area and TNB sub-station area are not growing well. All these Eugenia plants
require more fertilizer and daily watering.
2.2 GCHA said that, the plants planted along the common area at the bungalow areas require
trimming. AF will trim these plants on or before
2.3 In regard to the replanting of plants, GCHA had said that all replanting charges below
RM 1.000.00 is free of charge. AF need to checked the contract first, before submitting
their invoice.

GCHA requested AF to clear the bufferzone near
to conduct their patrolling for the bungalows area facing the golf course.
