SECURITY & SAFETY IN GLENMARIE COURT.

The following notes were recorded:-

1.0 LETTERS OF COMPLAINTS.

1.1      Response to the Letters of Complaints was received but GCHA Security & Safety 

           Committee is not satisfied with the reply dated 8^th September 2004. One of the Glenmarie

           Court residents ( Tuan Hj Harun lsmail) who made complaint in regard to the alarm

triggers in his house re-iterated the incident again to Group 4. To date, Group 4 has not

responded to the complaint. Group 4 promised to check on this matter.

1.2 Group 4 agreed to check the telephone line daily at the guardhouse and will report to the

            Property Manager if the line is faulty.

1.3 GCHA requested Group 4 that all complaints to be rectified urgently.

2.0 SECURITY GUARD’S PERFORMANCE.

2.1       GCHA requested Group 4 to supply the 4^th dog handler in view of the delay in the

installation of the perimeter fence detectors. Group 4 will consider and revert.

2.2 GCHA observed that there are many static guards stationed at the guardhouse. There

should be only 3 guards stationed at the guardhouse.

2.3       GCHA requested Group 4 to co-operate with Glenmarie Golf & Country Club guards if

there are any incidents around the golf course area.

2.4       Group 4 will submit their operation procedures by Friday, 24^th September 2004.

2.5 GCHA has rated Group 4’s performance at only 40%. They are required to improve.

3.0 INSTALLATION OF PERI METER ELECTRIC BEAM DETECTORS.

3.1       The installation of perimeter electric beam detectors is pending on the satisfactory

performance of Group 4.        

There being no other matters discussed, the meeting ended with thanks to all present.
